Intro

Todoist's web app on Windows uses Ctrl as its modifier. The shortcut set matches the desktop app for in-app operations. The global quick-add shortcut (opening a task entry panel from outside the browser) is desktop-only, in the web app, everything happens within the Todoist browser tab.

Web on Windows shortcut notes

Ctrl modifier throughout. Task entry, navigation, priority assignment, and project switching all use Ctrl in the browser.

Task entry and natural language. Adding tasks with natural language scheduling works the same in the web app as in the desktop app.

Priority assignment. Typing "p1" through "p4" inline works identically to the desktop.

Project navigation. Keyboard navigation between Inbox, Today, Upcoming, and projects is available in the web app.

No global quick add. The desktop app's system-level quick-add shortcut doesn't exist in the browser, task entry happens from within the Todoist tab.

Browser shortcut conflicts. Ctrl+W closes the browser tab; Ctrl+T opens a new one. The table above notes where browser shortcuts take priority over Todoist shortcuts.
