7. Intellectual property and references to third parties
7.1 Our materials
The Service and its content (including the user interface, design, code, text, graphics, and logos) are owned by the Operator or licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service except as expressly permitted under these Terms.
7.2 Third-party trademarks and products
The Service may reference third-party products, trademarks, and keyboard shortcuts for informational and educational purposes. All third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.
7.3 Accuracy notice
Keyboard shortcuts, features, and software behavior may change over time. We do not guarantee completeness or accuracy of shortcut information. You are responsible for verifying information and using it at your own risk.
8. User data inside the Service (favorites and settings)
The Service may allow you to save personal preferences, favorites, and similar account settings within your account ("User Data"). User Data is not intended to be public content. You retain ownership of your User Data.
You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and process your User Data solely to operate, provide, maintain, and improve the Service, including for backup, security, and synchronization purposes.
You are responsible for your User Data and represent that you have the rights necessary to store it in the Service and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss or corruption of User Data. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of any important information.
9. Paid features and billing (current status)
The Service does not currently offer paid subscriptions or paid features.
If paid features are introduced in the future, we will publish or update the applicable pricing, billing, renewal, and refund terms before those features become available.
10. Beta features
Some features may be labeled as beta, preview, or experimental. Such features may be modified or discontinued at any time and may contain bugs or inaccuracies. To the maximum extent permitted by law, beta features are provided “AS IS” and without warranties.
11. Third-party services and links
The Service may integrate or link to third-party services (for example, hosting and infrastructure, authentication/database services, transactional email delivery, and consent-gated analytics). We are not responsible for third-party content, products, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and policies.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from harmful components, or that any content will be accurate, complete, or current.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or anticipated savings, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of the Operator for all claims arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amounts you paid to the Operator for the Service in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) USD 50.
14. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (c) your infringement of any third-party right (including intellectual property or privacy rights); or (d) your User Data, including any content you store in the Service, or your misuse of the Service, including abuse, fraud, or attempts to disrupt, access, or extract data from the Service.
15. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, pose a security risk, or create legal exposure for the Operator.
You may stop using the Service at any time. The following sections will survive termination: Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law and Disputes, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive.
16. Force majeure
We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, hosting failures, natural disasters, governmental actions, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, or cyberattacks.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts located in Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.
If you are a consumer located in a jurisdiction that provides you with mandatory consumer rights, nothing in these Terms is intended to limit those mandatory rights or to require you to waive protections that cannot be waived under applicable law.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
19. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
20. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Operator regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
