Ctrl modifier. All Teams web app shortcuts use Ctrl on Windows, matching the desktop app.
Mute and unmute. Ctrl+Shift+M works in Teams for the web on Windows.
Core shortcut parity. Channel navigation, Ctrl+E for search, message compose, and call controls all work in the Teams web app. Browser shortcut coverage handles the full daily workflow for most users.
Browser shortcut conflicts. Ctrl+W closes the tab; Ctrl+T opens a new one. These take priority over any matching Teams shortcut.
