Intro

For Windows users, iCloud.com is the only way to access Pages. There is no native Windows version. Windows users who receive .pages files or collaborate with Mac colleagues on Pages documents open, edit, and review them through a browser with an Apple ID.

The shortcut set uses Ctrl as its primary modifier, following Windows keyboard conventions.

Web on Windows shortcut notes

Ctrl as primary modifier. Text formatting (Ctrl+B, Ctrl+I, Ctrl+U), find (Ctrl+F), undo (Ctrl+Z), and navigation shortcuts all use Ctrl.

Core text editing. Standard formatting and document navigation are fully supported in the web version on Windows.

Paragraph styles. Applying named paragraph styles by keyboard may have limited support in the web version. The table above covers what is confirmed for the web app.

Tracked changes. Viewing, accepting, and rejecting tracked changes is available in the Pages web app. The complete tracked changes keyboard experience may be more limited than in the native Mac app.

Browser shortcut conflicts. Ctrl+W closes the browser tab; Ctrl+T opens a new one.

Working with .pages files on Windows. Files created in Pages on Mac are accessible at iCloud.com on Windows. Exports (PDF, Word format) are available from the File menu for cases where a Windows-native format is needed.

The Pages web (Windows) shortcut list is available as a printable PDF.
