Intro

Superhuman on Windows leans on plain letter keys for the actions you do most: E to archive, R to reply, C to compose, no modifier required.

Ctrl covers formatting and compose fields (To, Cc, Bcc) instead, the usual split between content actions and app chrome.

Windows-specific shortcut notes

Alt, not Ctrl, handles a couple of chrome actions. Alt+1 through Alt+9 switches accounts (Ctrl+1 through Ctrl+9 is reserved for switching tabs instead), and Alt+/ copies the page link.

A few bindings drop or add a modifier compared to Mac. Instant Send is Shift+Z here (no Ctrl), where Mac uses Cmd+Shift+Z. Pop Out Reply is Ctrl+Shift+R here, where Mac uses just Shift+R. Pop Draft In or Out is Shift+P here, where Mac uses Cmd+Shift+P.

Inserting an emoji shortcode needs Ctrl held down. Typing :smile on its own works on Mac; on Windows you hold Ctrl while typing it.
