Single-key and alternatively configured shortcuts, off by default. Turn them on under Settings > Advanced > Browser > Shortcuts.
Opera on Windows uses Ctrl as its primary modifier, with Alt handling page navigation (back/forward), window cycling, and Preferences (Alt+P).
Quit is Ctrl+Shift+X rather than a plain Ctrl+Q, and going back or forward through your browsing history uses Alt+Left/Right instead of Home/End style navigation.
Modifier keys on Windows. Ctrl covers most actions: tabs, find, print, save, zoom, text editing. Alt covers page-history navigation, window cycling (Alt+Tab), and Preferences (Alt+P). The Windows logo key appears once, for minimizing a window (Win+M).
Quit and Preferences differ from Mac. Quit is Ctrl+Shift+X, not a straightforward Ctrl+Q. Preferences opens with Alt+P instead of the Command+Comma shortcut used on Mac.
Advanced keyboard shortcuts. Once enabled in Settings, the single-key zoom shortcuts on Windows use the 0 and 9 digit keys, while Mac uses the bare + and - keys instead.

Ctrl+Shift+X. It's a different combination from the plain Ctrl+Q some other Windows apps use to quit.
Alt+Left and Alt+Right. This matches the back/forward convention used across most Windows browsers, rather than a Home/End style page jump.
Go to Settings > Advanced > Browser > Shortcuts, and turn on Enable advanced keyboard shortcuts. On Windows this adds single-key bindings like 0 and 9 for zoom, and Z and X for back/forward, on top of the default Ctrl-based shortcuts.
