Opera on Linux uses the same Ctrl/Alt shortcut set as Windows, Opera documents both together as one table, so tabs, find, print, save, zoom, and navigation all match key for key.
One thing to check: the Windows-logo-key shortcut for minimizing a window maps to Super on most Linux window managers.
