IntelliJ IDEA on Windows follows Windows' own conventions rather than a direct Mac swap: tool windows are Alt+1 through 9, and line-start/line-end navigation uses Home/End instead of a modifier chord.
Search Everywhere. Double-tap Shift from anywhere to search files, actions, symbols, and settings in one box.
Tool windows use Alt, not Ctrl. Alt+1 opens Project, Alt+9 opens Version Control, the standard Windows numbering for docked panels.
Word and line navigation uses Ctrl and Home/End. Ctrl+Left/Right moves by word, Home and End jump to the start or end of the line, the standard Windows text-editing pattern.
Refactor This. Ctrl+Alt+Shift+T opens a menu of every refactoring available at the caret, rename, extract, move, safe delete, and more.

JetBrains' Windows keymap numbers the tool windows (Project, Bookmarks, Find, Run, Debug, Problems, Structure, Services, Version Control) with Alt, matching how Windows applications typically bind their docked panels, rather than reusing the Mac keymap's Cmd+1 through 9.
