Discord on Windows uses Ctrl and Alt as its primary modifiers. Server and channel navigation runs on Alt+arrow combinations, and a separate set of shortcuts works only while a message is focused.
Server and channel navigation. Ctrl+Alt+Up/Down jumps between servers in the left rail. Alt+Up/Down alone moves between channels within a server. Add Shift to either arrow pair to skip straight to the next unread channel, and Ctrl+Shift+Alt+arrow does the same but only for channels with an unread mention. Alt+Left/Right moves back and forward through your page history, the same way browser navigation does.
Message-focused shortcuts. With a message focused (hover or select it), single keys take over: E edits it, R replies, F forwards it, and P pins it. Typing +:emoji: in the message box reacts with that emoji to your most recently sent message. These only apply to the focused message, not the whole channel.
Reading and marking read. Esc marks the current channel as read, Shift+Esc marks every channel in the current server as read. Both are single-key actions, no need to click through each channel manually.
Voice and text quick actions. Ctrl+Shift+M toggles mute and Ctrl+Shift+D toggles deafen from anywhere in the app, not just while a call window is focused. Ctrl+Shift+Alt+V jumps straight to whatever call you're currently in.
The Discord Windows shortcut list is available as a printable PDF. The server and channel navigation section is the one worth keeping nearby if you're active in more than a couple of servers.
Ctrl+Alt+Up and Ctrl+Alt+Down jump between servers in the order they appear in the left server rail. Combine with Alt+Up/Down (no Ctrl) to move between channels once you're inside a server.
Focus the message first (hover over it or select it with the arrow keys), then press E to edit it or R to reply. These shortcuts only work while a message is focused.
Ctrl+Shift+M toggles your microphone mute, and Ctrl+Shift+D toggles deafen (mutes both your mic and incoming audio). Both work from anywhere in the app while you're connected to a voice channel.
Ctrl+Shift+U opens the file picker directly from the message box, so you can attach a file without clicking the paperclip icon first.
