Intro
Lightroom Classic on Windows uses Ctrl as its primary modifier throughout, with Alt for secondary variants. A large share of the shortcut set is single letters and number keys used one-handed while looking at a photo.

Ctrl+Y is a Windows-only Redo. Ctrl+Shift+Z works on both platforms, but Windows also accepts the more familiar Office-style Ctrl+Y for Redo.
Delete has two forms. Backspace or Delete removes the selected photo(s) from the catalog view; Ctrl+Alt+Shift+Backspace deletes and moves them to the Recycling Bin instead of just removing the catalog reference.
Shift+T is heavily reused in the Develop module. Depending on which tool is active, Shift+T selects the Guided Upright tool, toggles Clone/Heal for the Spot Removal tool, or toggles Edit/Brush for the Graduated or Radial Filter, this is how Adobe's own reference documents it.
The Lightroom Classic Windows shortcut list is available as a printable PDF. Given its size, the rating/flagging keys (1-5, P, X, U) and the module-switching shortcuts (Ctrl+Alt+1-7) are worth learning first.
Backspace or Delete removes the selected photo(s) from the catalog without touching the file on disk. Ctrl+Alt+Shift+Backspace deletes the photo(s) and moves the files to the Recycling Bin.
Yes. Ctrl+Shift+Z works as it does on Mac, and Windows additionally accepts Ctrl+Y, the more familiar Office-style redo shortcut.
It depends on which tool is active. With no special tool active it selects the Guided Upright tool; with the Spot Removal tool active it toggles between Clone and Heal modes; with the Graduated or Radial Filter active it toggles between Edit and Brush modes.
