Acrobat's keyboard shortcuts on ChromeOS run through the Acrobat Android app installed on a Chromebook, with a physical or Bluetooth keyboard attached. Adobe does not support these shortcuts on an Android phone or tablet, only on Chromebooks.
Chromebook only. These shortcuts come from the Acrobat Android app running on ChromeOS. A keyboard paired with an actual Android phone or tablet will not trigger them.
Commenting shortcuts. Single-key tools like S (sticky note) and D (drawing markup) need Enable Hotkeys turned on in your Chromebook's device settings first.
Standard Ctrl combinations. Copy, Paste, Undo, Redo, Search, and Print all use the same Ctrl-based shortcuts familiar from Windows.
