Shortcuts are on by default. There is nothing to enable, and single-key actions fire while a message is selected.
Email triage. r replies all, Shift+R replies, f forwards, e marks as done, s snoozes, d pins, and g sets aside.
Export to apps uses Alt. With an integration connected, Alt and a letter sends the current message to that app, for example Alt+S to Todoist, Alt+O to Notion, and Alt+L to Slack. The full list is in the table above.
Compose and send. Ctrl+Enter sends, Ctrl+Shift+Enter sends and marks as done, and Ctrl with a number jumps to the From, Subject, To, Cc, Bcc, or body field.
Formatting uses Ctrl. Ctrl+B, Ctrl+I, and Ctrl+U handle bold, italic, and underline, with Ctrl+Shift combinations for lists, quotes, headings, and indentation.
The AI assistant uses the Windows key. Win+Alt+A opens it, one of the few places Spark on Windows uses the Windows key rather than Ctrl.
The Spark Mail shortcut list for Windows is available as a printable PDF.
Mostly, with Ctrl in place of Cmd. Ctrl+Enter sends a message, the same as Cmd+Enter on Mac. The main difference is the AI assistant, which opens with Win+Alt+A on Windows.
Use the export shortcuts. With the integration connected, Alt+S sends the message to Todoist and Alt+O sends it to Notion. The available targets depend on which apps you have connected.
