Intro

The Sketch web viewer runs in the browser at sketch.cloud. It's a view-only tool for reviewing and inspecting Sketch designs without installing the Sketch app, used primarily by developers, project managers, and other stakeholders. The shortcut set is focused on navigation, inspection, and commenting.

On Mac, the web viewer uses Command (⌘) as its modifier.

Web viewer shortcut notes

Navigation between screens. Moving between artboards or screens in a Sketch document is the most-used action in the web viewer. Arrow keys and keyboard shortcuts navigate the screen list without using the sidebar.

Inspect mode. Switching between the Preview mode (viewing the design as it would appear) and Inspect mode (viewing layer dimensions, colors, fonts, and code values) has a keyboard shortcut.

Zoom. Zooming in and out, and fitting the current screen to the window, are keyboard-accessible.

Comments. Entering the comment mode to add a comment to the design has a keyboard shortcut.

No editing. The Sketch web viewer does not support creating or editing design content by keyboard or mouse. It is strictly a viewing, inspection, and commenting tool. For design editing shortcuts, see the [Sketch Mac app page →].
