Intro

Notion on Windows uses Ctrl as its primary modifier. The shortcut set is identical to Mac with the modifier swapped. Ctrl+K for quick navigation, Ctrl+[ and Ctrl+] for page history, Ctrl+B/I/U for text formatting, the complete set is in the table above.

Windows-specific shortcut notes

Quick navigation. Ctrl+K opens the quick navigation panel, jump to any page in the workspace by name.

Page history. Ctrl+[ navigates back; Ctrl+] navigates forward through recently visited pages.

Block formatting. Ctrl+B, Ctrl+I, Ctrl+U for bold, italic, and underline. Markdown shorthand (typing #, ##, - , [] at the start of a line) also works on Windows.

Mention syntax. Typing @ opens the mention menu for people, pages, and dates, the same keyboard-driven linking that works on Mac.

Database shortcuts. Opening records, switching views, and filtering within databases are covered in the table above.
