Intro
Logic Pro on Mac documents its key commands per window and editor rather than one flat list. Global commands like Record and Play/Stop work everywhere; the Mixer, Piano Roll, Step Sequencer, and every other editor add their own on top.

Some Go to Marker Number shortcuts share their numeric keypad key with the matching Recall Screenset shortcut.

Global transport. R starts recording, Space bar plays or stops, and Command-Z/Shift-Command-Z undo and redo from anywhere in the app.
Tool switching. The Tool menu shortcuts (P for Pencil, E for Eraser, I for Scissors, and more) switch the active editing tool with a single key, without opening the Tool menu.
Numeric keypad duplicates. A few global commands (Record/Record Toggle, Play, Pause, Stop) have a numeric-keypad-specific variant, marked in Apple's own docs; those use the physical numpad key rather than the number row.
Per-editor depth. Piano Roll, Score Editor, the Step Sequencer, and the Sampler each carry a large additional set of their own key commands, active only while that editor or window has focus.
The Logic Pro shortcut list for Mac is available as a printable PDF. The global commands and track-editing shortcuts are the ones worth keeping nearby.
Press Option-Command-K. It opens the Key Commands window, where every key command in the app is listed, searchable, and reassignable.
They share the global and track-editing shortcuts, but each editor also has its own additional key commands specific to what it does, like the Score Editor's stem and beam controls or the Piano Roll's brush pattern shortcuts.
Apple marks a handful of global commands, like Play and Stop, as available twice on an extended keyboard, once on the top number row and once on the numeric keypad. The keypad version is a separate physical key from the number row.
